Feline Shrine for The Altar Project

The finished product of my piece "Feline Shrine" for 'The Altar Project' that opened last Saturday at Modern Eden Gallery. This piece was an homage to my old cat, Pinky, and also a representation of my childhood. The pink roses symbolize love and self-identity. 

Happily, I sold the piece on opening night to a wonderful art collector who is also a huge animal lover.

The Altar Project

I'm excited to announce that I will be a part of 'The Altar Project' opening September 15th at Modern Eden Gallery! “The Altar Project”an international group exhibition featuring works inspired by historical altars, reliquaries, and shrines with a modern twist.  This show will feature dimensional work with sculptural elements.

My newest mixed media piece "Reflections From Above" created for Modern Eden Gallery's Menagerie exhibit. 50% of the proceeds from this sale will be donated to the San Francisco SPCA.

In conjunction with First Fridays in North Beach, we'll be having an art reception at Café Francisco for my paintings that are hanging up there. There will be delicious food provided by the cafe and lots of fun.


For the first time, we'll be linking the cafe and Modern Eden (via our super secret door) to create one big super-art viewing experience. Modern Eden will be hosting a closing reception for their current exhibition this night too!
